Our staff are committed to delivering a quality service to you, and they work hard to achieve this.

The Registered Manager, Tracy Bax, has achieved her NVQ Level IV in care . She is also a qualified manual handling assessor, and has worked in care for over 10 years. She has a wide range of diverse skills and competencies.

Tracy has also completed all mandatory training and keeps her knowledge and skills up to date. One of Tracy’s main objectives are to ensure that her staff value and respect the individual and that everyone who chooses to live at Kilsby House can achieve their maximum potential with the help, care and support of her staff.

The majority of care staff have achieved or are working towards their Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 2 and then on to Level 3. They also attend mandatory training sessions throughout their employment at Kilsby House.
